EFG Eurobank Securities, the transformation of a public building 

 

The main architectural objective was the transformation of the old building, built at the end of the 60’s to house the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, into a modern, pleasant workplace, promoting the dynamic and technologically advanced image of the EFG Eurobank Securities Company.

The renovation of the building, implemented in a short period of time, included the total demolition of all the interiors and the facades, and the reinforcement of the concrete structure. The internal spaces were restructured to house a bank branch on the ground level and the facilities of the EFG Eurobank Securities Company group on the upper floors.
